Sites built before WCAG 2.2 rarely meet it. We design to WCAG 2.2 AA and review every site annually, including the accessibility statement.
Patients still ring for things the site should answer
If appointments, prescriptions, sick notes and test results are not obvious within a click, reception absorbs the difference. We structure the site around those tasks first.
Support feels like a queue

Migration
How the move actually works
Six stages, no downtime for patients, and no charge — migration is part of the annual price.
1. Content audit
We review the existing site and agree what transfers, what gets rewritten and what should quietly disappear.
2. Structure and design
We map patient tasks first, then apply your practice identity. You see the design before anything is built out.
3. Build and accessibility pass
The site is built to WCAG 2.2 AA and checked against NHS England's GP website guidance and the benchmarking framework.
4. Redirect mapping
Every existing URL is mapped to its new home with a permanent 301 redirect so search rankings and patient bookmarks survive.
5. Domain and DNS
We handle the DNS change, including NHS.uk domains, and schedule it to avoid disruption.
6. Launch and review
We watch analytics and search performance after launch and fix anything the data flags.
