Responsible business

Responsible business and customer commitment.

Responsible business is central to how Simpliy Primary Care operates. Our services support GP practices and primary care organisations trusted by patients and local communities. We therefore aim to act fairly, transparently and responsibly in every relationship with our customers, employees, suppliers and wider community.

Fair, transparent and practical in every relationship.

We design our services around the real needs of GP practices, PCNs and the patients they serve.

Clear information

We explain our services, pricing and terms in plain English so practices can make informed decisions.

Our annual website price is published openly, with no hidden setup charges or surprise renewal fees.

Responsive support

We answer enquiries promptly, keep practices updated, and resolve issues as quickly as we can.

Accessible digital services

We design and build websites that work for patients with a wide range of abilities and devices.

Proactive management

Monthly content updates, security monitoring and annual reviews help keep websites accurate and secure.

Open feedback

Feedback and complaints are acknowledged promptly, considered fairly and used to improve our services.

When something goes wrong, we put it right.

We communicate openly, take appropriate action to resolve the issue and learn from every piece of feedback we receive.
